  • Audit: Our auditors match the freight bill with the bill of lading against rate agreements,carrier contract, NMFC classifications, weight, description verification and terms
  • System Design: Our system is designed for carrier invoices that avoids duplicate payments. Data Entry/Transfer:Client specific fields are entered into the database and select fields are verified by a second person. Data is provided in reports, via transmission, on diskette or as an E-mail attachment.
  • Payment: You make one funds tranfer weekly and we disburse it to the carriers for you. Trans International takes all carrier inquiries for payment/corrections information.
